OK girls, go hug your loved ones and lock up your medicines. Today sitting by the pool with friends while watching our kids swimming, we also watched a helicopter come into land at the hospital. The flight path and landing pad is just a hundred metres from us, and later we watched it leave.

Tonight I have received a phone call from one of my closest friends. The helicopter we saw was child flight. On board was her son. He’s 3. His Grandma was baby sitting him and he took a whole heap of her blood pressure medication. He stopped breathing twice. He is now in ICU in Westmead Childrens Hospital in Sydney. Stable, but still with a really slow heartbeat and extremely low blood pressure.

I feel sick. So for me, please, go and hug your loved ones.

I was good while I was away on holidays. I blogged everynight on my little handheld, and then sent off the blogs via the email. It contained a list of everything that we did, the funny things, the heartfelt things and guess what??? Its not here! I am so cranky with blogger for losing my stuff!

Ugh. so. not. fair.

Hellooo out there...

I feel like I'm in the land of Pooh and Christopher Robin. Is it Piglit, yes I think it is thats always afraid of whats around the corner and what other people think. I think thats me. Maybe I should find a Piglit avatar.

Its been 2 months since my last post. Wow. And really its been that long as well since I checked out anyone elses blogs. Just been too busy my friends. And now its holidays, two short weeks and the new school year will start, and my baby will go off to big school. ::sigh:: It will be great to get stuff done, but boy will I miss him.

So while I would love to stay and chat I should be finishing the packing of the caravan because tomorrow morning I (note the I, not we, DH has to work) will be taking the children away on holidays.

Only going a couple hours up the coast, not too far. But I'm sure it will be interesting setting everything up in the caravan by myself. Well the kids try to help but even two little boys combined aren't strong enough to hold up 1 pole for the annexe while I try to hammer the pegs into the ground. Oh and they can't hammer either. Believe me I tried but I treasure my fingers just a little bit too much!

Til next time, and hey I'll try not to leave you hanging too long, ok?
