Here it is, the pics from the making of the Chirstmas cake, about 9:30pm last night. The cake finished cooking at about 12:30am.
If you look closely you can see my messy kitchen in the background.
I'm going to ice it next week. Hope its yummy!

thanks for the pics! My mum makes the *best* fruit cake - although, se doesn't use "toffeed" maccas on it ;)
